The annual food festival titled ‘Taste of the World’ featuring Vietnamese and International dishes will be held at September 23 Park in Ho Chi Minh City from December 5-8.
Some 120 display booths of restaurants, hotels, vocational schools of restaurants and hotels, and consulates in Ho Chi Minh City will attract visitors with hundreds of dishes from 20 countries and territories.
The food festival also includes many activities such as art performances, folk games, presentation by Chefs of five star hotels, bartender performance, introduction of wine, cooking instruction and performance by the South Korean World Food Culture Center.
The event is being organized by the HCMC Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the HCMC Tourism Association.
