“Tan Phu – A place remembered” tour launched to draw visitors to HCMC

The People’s Committee of Tan Phu District and the Department of Tourism of HCMC on May 31 have launched a tour called “Tan Phu – A place remembered” to contribute to developing new tourist products under the city’s program themed “Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City” to invite visitors back after a two-year hiatus due to the epidemic.

HCMC Party Chief visits police officer infected with Covid-19

A delegation of HCMC’s officials led by Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen on June 8 came to Cho Ray Hospital to visit a Lieutenant colonel of Phu Trung Ward’s Police in Tan Phu District who is the 8944th Covid-19 patient.

HCMC to compensate residents outside Thu Thiem boundary in May

Ho Chi Minh City authorities have organized many meetings with residents, whose land locates in the 4.39 hectare area outside the approved boundary of Thu Thiem new urban area in District 2, and basically agreed with an additional compensation plan for these residents, said Politburo Member, Secretary of HCMC Party Committee and Head of the National Assembly Delegation in the city Nguyen Thien Nhan on May 16.
