Around 71 percent of businesses in Vietnam have formed their own information security (IS) department in 2021 to signal their great attention to cyber safety matters, as revealed in the virtual meeting ‘Cyber Security for Digital Transformation – Opportunities and Challenges’, co-hosted by the Vietnam Information Security Association-Southern branch (VNISA), the Authority of Information Security (under the Information & Communications Ministry), and the Ho Chi Minh City Information & Communications Department.
