Two Vietnamese scientists receive awards of FAO, IAEA

The Office of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Vietnam, on the evening of September 24, informed that two Vietnamese scientists received awards by the FAO and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for their work in plant mutation breeding.

Vietnamese scientists join in race to develop vaccine for SARS-CoV-2

Scientists around the world are now racing to develop a vaccine for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19, using a mix of established techniques and new technologies. Vietnamese scientists also joined the race and Vietnamese-made vaccine is scheduled to be launched in the market in October, 2021.
