The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations and the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam – Cambodia Friendship Association yesterday held a solemn ceremony to mark  the 39th anniversary of the victory of the southwest border defense war and the joint victory of Viet Nam and Cambodia over the Khmer Rouge genocidal regime.
