Traffic projects to prioritize quality over quantity, progress: Minister

Except for the regular maintenance expenses, there will be over VND80,000 ($3.5 billion) per year for traffic facilities construction. Such a large sum has raised concern in the community as to the implementation capacity, progress administration and quality control of those projects.
