
59 out of 63 e-portals and 60 out of 63 online public service portals in Vietnam have not announced their privacy policy. These important statistics were revealed in the meeting ‘Evaluating the Protection of Personal Data on Interaction Platforms of Local Authorities with Citizens’, co-held yesterday by UN Development Program (UNDP) in Vietnam and the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS).
The latest Covid-19 outbreak has accelerated the digital transformation process in Ho Chi Minh City, and impressive achievements have been obtained.
