HCMC leaders pay tribute to late Presidents on National Day

HCMC Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Nen led a delegation of leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on September 1 offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to late Presidents Ho Chi Minh and Ton Duc Thang on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945) and the insurrection regaining power in Saigon (August 25,1945), and National Day (September 2).
