National Highway 19 badly damaged after one-year opening to traffic

The newly-completed National Highway 19 connecting National Highway 1A and Quy Nhon Port in Binh Dinh Province has been repaired after opening to traffic for one year as the road surface is cracked, potholes occur and gravel driveway is sloughed.

Binh Dinh proposes US$17.5-million sustainable fisheries development project
