Mekong Delta provinces respond to memorial for Covid-19 victims

Apart from Ho Chi Minh City and the capital city of Hanoi, the Mekong Delta provinces and cities of Can Tho, An Giang and Kien Giang will simultaneously hold activities to respond to the memorial ceremony for frontline forces, officers, soldiers and compatriots who have died from coronavirus which will be taken place at Thong Nhat (Reunification) Hall in Ho Chi Minh City at 8 p.m. on Friday.

Mekong Delta localities resume business and service facilities

The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho has just released a temporary health and safety requirements, and Covid-19 Prevention and Control standards to reopen some activities, said Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee Duong Tan Hien.

High-speed boat linking Can Tho, Con Dao reopens

A high-speed boat service between the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho and Con Dao island in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province is expected to be reopened starting on April 21 after being suspended for more than six months, according to the Can Tho Port Authority .

All employees at five major airports test negative for SARS-CoV-2

Can Tho to host VietShrimp fair in 2020

The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho will for the first time host the VietShrimp, the fair on technology in the shrimp industry of Vietnam, on March 25-27 next year.
