Nobel Prize laureate lights torch at int’l scientific conference in Quy Nhon

British-born American physicist, Professor Duncan Haldane who was awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize in Physics, international scientists, and Vietnamese young people opened the first conference of the international year of basic science for sustainable development titled “Topological Quantum Electrons Interacting In-person” at the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) in Quy Nhon City in the central coastal province of Binh Dinh on July 11.

International Data Group Vietnam (IDG Vietnam) yesterday cooperated with Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA), the Ministry of Information & Communications, the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Department of Information & Communications to organize a conference named ‘Developing E-government, Promoting Online Public Services, Aiming for Digital Government – Models and Solutions’.
