Low-pressure zone brings downpours to South-Central, Central Highlands regions

According to the latest updated weather news from the National Center for Hydrology Meteorology Forecasting, a tropical depression this morning weakened into a low-pressure zone and bore down the mainland of Khanh Hoa province, unleashing heavy rains and threatening to cause flooding.

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center reported at 7am on September 2, the 8th typhoon located at 21.4 degrees north latitude and 117.3 degrees east longitude; 360km far from Hong Kong (China) in the East East south direction.
