$158 million invested in water supply system in HCMC

Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment state-own company (HFIC), State-owned commercial bank Vietcombank and the Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO) this morning co-signed an agreement on implementation of the water supply program worth VND3,650 billion ( $158 million).
