HCMC seeks cooperation with Singapore in planning, human resource training

After wrapping up the working visit to Indonesia on August 24, the high-ranking delegation from HCMC led by Secretary of the city Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan on the same day visited the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore. The Secretary emphasized that the visit to Singapore aims to sign cooperation agreements in urban planning and human resource training.

Around 400 Vietnamese and international architects and master planners discussed smart-city strategies and solutions at the 2018 International Conference of Asian-Pacific Planning Societies which opened on August 24 in Ho Chi Minh City.
