Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le requested District 3 in 2022 to focus on administrative reforms especially getting rid of bottlenecks in administrative procedures in accordance with the current practical situation, using technology in handling administrative procedures to prevent public officials from abusing of state power.
