VN’s GII remains leader among lower middle-income nations

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has just announced the ranking of the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2021 for countries around the world. Vietnam stands at the 44th/132 nations and economies and the 1st among 34 lower middle-income nations in the list. SGGP Newspaper has conducted an interview with Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy about the important role of intellectual property in the national development.
