Overseas Vietnamese wait for mechanism to buy Covid-19 vaccine

The overseas Vietnamese (OV) business community expects the Vietnam’s Government to create favorable conditions and issue specified mechanisms for them to join hands in seeking Covid-19 vaccine providers, mobilizing legal capital source and negotiating vaccine doses purchase.

Vietnamese people closely collaborating to fight against Covid-19

Facing the increasingly complicated situation of the latest Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam, the Government sets a goal to have over 70 percent of citizens vaccinated in 2021. Responding to the call for financial help of the Government, people all around the nation, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, are joining hand to raise funds in order to fulfill that goal.

HCMC honors contribution of overseas Vietnamese

A ceremony honoring overseas Vietnamese who have made great contribution to Vietnamese community activities abroad will be held in HCMC on April 20 by the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs of HCMC.
