HCMC commits to reducing greenhouse gases

The Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Department of Natural Resources and Environment has reported on the progress of the project to Support the Planning and Implementations of Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (SPI-NAMA), launched in 2015 under the instruction of HCMC People’s Committee.
