The Directorate of Vocational Education and Training under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Republic of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in vocational training in Hanoi on August 21.

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has confirmed its support for a feasibility study of the second phase of HCM City’s Metro Line No 5.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) yesterday hosted the launching ceremony for the project ‘Development of the National Investment Information System (NIIS) for Private Sector’ in Hanoi. The project will be jointly conducted by MPI and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
