The People’s Committee of District 11 yesterday announced that Dam Sen Flower Market, sited in District 11 of Ho Chi Minh City, was allowed to open in the short term from June 11-13 to serve the public demands on Dragon Boat Festival Day, the fifth day in the fifth lunar month, and to help flower farmers in Lam Dong Province.
