HCMC to add stricter social distancing measures in response to growing outbreak

Implementing the Directive 86 of the Government, the Directive 12 of the HCMC Party Committee and the plan No.2715 of the municipal People’s Committee, the HCMC Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control will continue to strengthen measures to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic in the city with the principle of every quarter, residential area, ward, commune, village, town, office and company that must be a fortress to prevent the epidemic.

Individual livelihood, business vitality must be protected: HCMC Party Chief

All citizens in Ho Chi Minh City will have to follow stricter rules from July 26, including a curfew after 6pm unless in emergency, in an effort to stop further spreading of Covid-19 in the city. Meanwhile, functional agencies must tighten law enforcement in each district while taking care of residents’ life. This is the main content at the 7th session of the Executive Committee of HCMC Party Committee yesterday.
