The Youth Social Work Center under the Vietnam Youth Federation yesterday afternoon launched the hotline 1900 638090 to support the emergency, health care at home, the supply of medicine bags for Covid-19 patients, oxygen tanks, food and free funeral service in Ho Chi Minh City.
