The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has proposed to the Ministry of Transport a plan to re-open domestic air routes with a pilot period of four weeks.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) said it has just sent a document to regional airport authorities, airlines, and Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM) about the adjustment period of mandatory centralised quarantine from 14 to at least 21 days for air passengers entering the country from abroad.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has just submitted to the Ministry of Transport the airport network development draft master plan in the period of 2021 -2030 with a vision towards 2050 without new airport projects proposed by Bac Giang, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh, Ha Tinh, Tra Vinh, Ninh Thuan and Binh Phuoc provinces.
