The Prime Minister issued Document No.1716/TTg-CN to appoint the Ministry of Transport as the competent agency to implement the first phase of the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway project which will be built under the public–private partnership (PPP).
According to the Transport Engineering Design Company’s estimation, the construction of Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway is estimateds to cost around VND25,743 billion (US$1 billion).
Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has just directed the construction of Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway under the format of public-private partnership.
