Public transport project wins championship in ‘Al Hack 2020’

The final round of the contest ‘AI Hack 2020’ took place yesterday in Saigon Hi-tech Park (sited in District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City). The project bSmart – using AI to address public transport issues – impressively defeated other competitors to win the championship.

Festival for IT and AI businesses launched in HCMC

The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) on November 7 held the ‘2020 Festival for IT and AI Businesses’ at HCMC Student Culture House, located in Linh Trung Ward of Thu Duc District.

Contest for AI implementation launched in HCMC

Steering committee on AI to be established in HCMC

The Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Department of Information and Communications is going to cooperate with the HCMC Department of Science and Technology to offer guidance for the HCMC People’s Committee to form a steering committee on artificial intelligence (AI) research and implementation in the city from 2019 – 2025.
