The National Steering Committee for the Covid-19 Prevention and Control on the early morning of January 31 announced that in the past 12 hours, Vietnam recorded 14 more new cases of Covid-19, all of which are community transmission cases. Noticeably, among these new cases, Hanoi City saw the number of Covid-19 cases increasing rapidly, while Hoa Binh Province was the latest locality with Covid-19 community transmissions.
