Several private petrol retailers revealed that Vietnam National Petroleum Group (abbreviated as Petrolimex) is exclusively selling RON 95-V gasoline and 0.001S-V diesel as these establishments have contacted Petrolimex many times but could not access both types of petroleum products while cusomers moaned the group sell RON 95-V with price difference.
