HCMC : Over 300 Party members receive membership badges

The HCMC Party Committee of People-Government-Party Bloc on November 5 held a ceremony presenting 45-year, 40-year and 30-year Party membership badges to 13 Party members on the occasion of 104th anniversary of Great Russian October Revolution (November 7).
