When implementing urban government, the construction of e-government becomes more and more necessary. Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Vo Van Hoan said that the city needs a lot of resources; therefore, in addition to the city budget to build the initial foundation, the participation of businesses and people is needed in the construction of e-government.
