Both sides will also co-operate to apply image recognition and real-time data analysis technology, which has been successfully tested by FPT on self-driving, into the fields of finance and banking.
Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Hung said on the event that he hoped the results of this collaboration would help not only financial companies but also businesses of other fields to work more productively and more cost-effectively so as to increase the international competitiveness for both Japanese and Vietnamese Information Technology.
Mr. Yukiyuki Kusaki, DIR President, hoped that with their own experience and ability to deliver solutions which utilized state-of-the-art technologies, this co-operation would create new values to boost Japanese IT expansion.
