A Cold Front Hits Northern Provinces

A cold front is sweeping the Northern provinces causing temperature drops as low as 15 degrees Celsius, according to the Central Hydrological and Meteorological Forecast Center.


Temperatures in the mountain regions will drop as low as 11 degrees Celsius from February 10-15.

The Gulf of Tonkin is experiencing level 6 wind speeds with gusts at level 7 and extremely rough seas.

The Southern Central provinces will experience rain.  The southern provinces will remain sunny with high temperatures of 26-29 degrees Celsius.
