This is considered as a breakthrough in administrative reform of Tay Ninh province, the first province has applied the model. This showed the government’s efforts in revamping administration to encourage people to use online public services.
Accordingly, local residents need to prepare all related document as per requirement, then scan it and send via the province’s Zalo service. When the administrative procedure is finished, people will receive a message.
Next, they should take original document to the public office for verification, pay fee and get certified document back.
For instance, parents can fill all required information in the website and attach related documents when they register a birth. They will receive result later.
People can register a birth, a death, setting up a business, tax , criminal record through the app.
