Additionally, the Vietnamese leader highly appreciated good emotion of President Vladimir Putin for the Southeast Asian country hoping that the comprehensive strategical partnership ties between the two nations would be better in all sectors meeting mutual benefit and actively contributing into peace, stabilization, cooperation and development in the region and in the world.
On the occasion, President Tran Dai Quang also sent the deepest condolences to the Russian people about the loss in the Kemerovo mall fire.
The two leaders agreed to implement cooperation agreements in the fields of politics, economy, trade, investment, science & technology, education, training, defense and security…in order to deepen the comprehensive strategical partnership ties between Vietnam and the Russian Federation. The two countries would continue to hold meetings and exchange programs and to actively prepare for important events to mark the 25th anniversary of the signing of a treaty on basic principles for bilateral friendship in 2019.
