Earthquakes occur in Ha Tinh province waters

A quake measuring 2.3 on the Richter scale took place eight kilometers under the waters off Ky Anh District, the central province of Ha Tinh 11 seconds after 3:42 a.m. on October 22, announced Institute of Geophysics.

Previously, another quake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale occurred off Cam Xuyen district in the province on October 18.
Geologists said that the two small quakes caused light explosions and shakes, unlikely to cause human and property damage.
