The reason is because Cat Lai Bridge will play an important role in linking local traffic infrastructure and Nhon Trach district’s urban development.
Representative of HCMC agreed with the proposal confirming that the city has not sped up to implement this project due to the city’s lack of financial source however it can not be said that the city has not paid attention to this project.
Dong Nai department of transport said Cat Lai Bridge has total 3,782m long. Main part of bridge is 650m long, 37.7m wide with 9 lanes for vehicles and total investment capital is VND 7,2trillion.
It is expected to begin construction by 2020.
