Man-made bomb explodes in Phu Yen, one injured

A man-made bomb today exploded in the front of a house at 74 Mai Xuan Thuong Street in the central province of Phu Yen injuring a man.

As per the initial information, at 4.50 AM, there was a big explosion in the house. The explosion damaged the house and its owner, Dang Duc Hoi, 53, was seriously injured. 

Neighbors arrived at the house right after the explosion; they saw Hoi, an owner of a transport company, suffering a bloody face.
A black rope pulled away from the street was found to hook the gate and there was many broke pieces at the scene.

Hoi was rushed to local infirmary for emergency.

Doctors said Hoi is in critical condition with multi injuries and he lost one toe. 
Neighbors said that Hoi used to be a driver and then he opened a transport company. He is a nice man without conflicts with anyone in the neighborhood. 

Police in Tuy Hoa Town were quick to barrier the scene and collected evidence for further investigation.
