Yesterday afternoon, the functional agencies announced that the network system incident of the Municipal People’s Committee happened at 9 am – 11:30 am on the same day.
Users can not access websites of HCMC People's Committee at https://vpub.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/, the HCMC Construction Department at https://www.constructiondpt.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/, some other websites of the HCMC Planning and Architecture Department, the People’s Committee of District 7, People’s Committee of Binh Tan, Police Department of Fire Fighting and Prevention of HCMC, Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, HCMC Development Research Institute.
The Ho Chi Minh City Information and Communications Department and Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC) actively worked with the experts to troubleshoot the problem.
By 12 am, the key components of the system were moved to operate in the backup systems of the QTSC network operating center.
It is expected that this trouble would be completed before 12:00 on Tuesday.
