The highest bonus belongs to businesses in the fields of finance-banking-insurance, management-consultancy-real estate investment, electronics-information technology, medicine and food-foodstuff. Small scale businesses and those using unskilled workers give lower bonus levels.

Besides bonus, many businesses have given workers practical assistances such as giving presents, coupons and lucky money. In addition, they have provided train or bus tickets and organized bus trips for workers to return home for Tet celebration.
Enterprises have also planned yearend party, visits to disadvantageous workers and Tet celebration organization for those unaffordable for tickets to return home.
