HCMC strengthens cooperation relations with Indonesia’s localities

The city Part Chief informed to the ambassador about the visit of a city’s high- ranking delegation to Indonesia this month. 

The purpose of this visit is establishment of cooperation planning between Ho Chi Minh City and Indonesia’s localities in the next ten years. 

It is expected that the city authorities will propose the alternately holding of seminars on  the ASEAN Community in Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore through three main topics of building smart urban, adapting to climate change in coastal cities and forum about creative startups.

On this occasion, the delegation will have opportunities to visit Jakarta University as well as learn experiences about the city’s traffic development process and the start-up center of Jakarta. 

The Indonesian Ambassador hoped that the visit would contribute to further strengthening the cooperation between the two countries in forthcoming time, especially tourism cooperation.
