HCMC honors 29 non-state businesses for well taking care of workers

Ho Chi Minh City Labor Union yesterday honored 29 leaders of non-state businesses for well taking care of the lives of workers at the program “Siding with businesses.”

These leaders were honored for always considering workers as a treasure of businesses, abiding by the law on labor as well as social insurance and other welfare regulations; well organizing workers conference and dialogues with workers; having commitments beyond the law in collective labor agreements and good allowances; improving the quality of mid-shift meals; building dormitories for workers and nursery schools near their working places.

Mr. Kieu Ngoc Vu, deputy head of the HCMC Labor Union, the program “Siding with businesses” is among major activities of the 11th Worker Month 2019.
