‘Festival of Autumn Melodies’ attracts hundreds of artists

The ‘Festival of Autumn Melodies 2013’ that just ended at the City Opera House drew participation of hundreds of local and foreign artists in the field of symphony, music, opera and ballet from Germany, Russia, Norway and many other nations.

The festival was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera from August 16-22.

The concert was first introduced in 2005 and in eight years has been highly appreciated by audiences.

Many well-known local and foreign artists in the field of symphony, music, opera and ballet have contributed a series of unique performances for viewers.
