Contest on AI, IoT launched in HCMC

The contest ‘AIoT & Smart Cities 2019’, themed ‘Smarter for Better Life’ has formally kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).

Contest on AI, IoT launched in HCMC

The aim of this contest is to provide students and businesses, be they in the information technology field or not, with a chance to exchange experience, ideas, and discuss new technological trends in the world, including artificial intelligence (AI) or Internet of Things (IoT).

The contest also hopes to raise the awareness and innovation of the startup community in the Industry 4.0 era.

Participants with excellent ideas and projects will receive a training session to perfect their work and be eligible for the program SpeedUp by the HCMC Department of Science and Technology. All are to tackle current issues in the city.

The contest is held for the first time by the Incubator Center under Quang Trung Software City, sponsored by the HCMC Department of Science and Technology, the HCMC Computers Association, the Vietnam Computers Association, and Quang Trung Software City.
