Exporters tend to shift from traditional business to use digital tools which is considered as effective solutions to help exporters to expand their markets.

Vietnam has signed Free Trade Agreements which helps Vietnam’s integration and facilitates institutional improvement for a long-term development.
Exporters in e-commerce portals said that enterprises which use digital tool learn much about marketing skills and displaying commodities in addition to boosting sales up by 30 percent.
Founder of Camellia Bees Nguyen Thu Trang shared that digitization has helped to attract a large number of customers ( up to 30 percent) and even 100 percent in peak season.
Managing Director of Ha An company Nguyen Van Dong said that his company produces bamboo and wooden products. The company started selling the products in Amazon from July, 2019 with the support of Vietrade and Amazon Global Selling.
Amazon has brought the company opportunities to get access to customers excluding Vietnamese customers.
Moreover, thanks to using Amazon FBA , the company has resolved some problems including delivery and finishing the order. The company then could focus on research to improve the quality to satisfy customers’ demand.
Similarly, co-founder of Paper Color Le Thi Thien Ngan said thanks to selling the product on Amazon, the company now sell its product to 30 nations compared two markets at first. She stressed selling product in internet can help save money and learn more about management from customers’ feedbacks
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, around 32 percent of Vietnamese enterprises have established relationship with their partners through internet. The Ministry has implemented many programs and ways to promote trade locally and internationally with the orientation of effective growth.
For detail, the Ministry has worked with big partners such as Amazon and Google to provide measures and training to exporters to help them operate well.
Economist said that enterprises should focus on creating high quality unique product to sell in internet rather than manufacturing a large volume of products.
Moreover, companies which want to boost exports into European countries in particular and countries in the globe in general should invest in training personnel with website-management skill and online delivery to exploit the strength of e-commerce.
