Latin America desires to import more Vietnamese agricultural products

In the first ten months of 2022, the total bilateral trade turnover between Vietnam and Latin America gained US$18.7 billion, increasing 10.5 percent, of which Vietnam's export turnover to Latin America reached US$10.2 billion, surging 5.3 percent and the import turnover of Vietnam from Latin America hit US$8.6 billion, an increase of 17.3 percent.

Economist experts commented that the target of Vietnam to export 7 tonnes of rice in 2022 is within the power. In addition, the export price of 5-percent broken rice is leading the world, at US$425-230 per tonne. These are truly positive signs to the national economy at the end of this year.
