Vietnamese taekwondo team won two gold medals after the third day of 2014 International Taekwondo Championship contest in Mexico’s Aguascalientes city.

In the women's individual category under 17 years old, athlete Mong Quynh brought the second gold medal home. Meanwhile, the third gold medal went to Ngo Thi Thuy Dung and Le Thanh Trung in the taekwondo team category.
Thus, Vietnamese taekwondo team totaled three gold, two silver and four bronze medals after finishing three days taekwondo event.
The 9th International Taekwondo Championship tournament was hosted in Mexico’s Aguascalientes city from October 30 to November 2.
In the 2013 international Taekwondo Championship contest, Vietnamese taekwondo team won three gold, three silver and five bronze medals, ranked the second position after the Korean team.
